What will I be doing?
Here at Latitude50 we pride ourselves on our exceptional customer service and we need an exceptional team to make that happen. We are currently looking to add to our brilliant team in Rock, where all the action happens!
During the day you could be doing anything from:
- Acting as the first point of contact for all stakeholders visiting the Latitude50 office
- Answering the phone and fielding enquiries to the appropriate person within the team
- Monitoring the main email inbox and replying to enquiries
- Helping to match make potential guests to the right holiday property and taking bookings
- Guest complaint handling and follow up
- To carry out all the associated administration tasks that are involved with taking a booking
- To ensure property information across the booking system is accurate and up to date
- To ensure the brand is correctly portrayed through all verbal and written communication
- To assist the Sales Manager with projects such as launching availability for the following year and associated administration such as uploading pricing
- Packing and organising guest welcome hampers and assisting with stock control
