Property Auctions Valuer

This is a rare opportunity to work at the intersection of traditional estate agency and the fast-moving world of property auctions. You’ll collaborate with a leading external auction partner to bring Foxtons’ extensive property portfolio to market, while also building strong relationships with motivated sellers and serious investors.

You will:

• Manage inbound enquiries from sellers and investors via phone and email
• Advise clients on the auction process and negotiating pricing strategies
• Build and maintain a pipeline of investors looking to sell via auction
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless transactions

About You

We are looking for:

• Proven experience in property sales or lettings, ideally within the London market
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A proactive, target-driven mindset with a passion for delivering results
• Confidence in advising clients and managing multiple stakeholders
