£49,764 – £53,895 + Excellent Benefits | Permanent | Hybrid (2 days in office)
Join a supportive, experienced team at the centre of Peterborough’s transformation. As a Property Lawyer, you’ll manage a broad commercial property caseload – supporting everything from land deals and leasing to major regeneration schemes like the Station Quarter.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Advising on acquisitions, disposals, and commercial lease negotiations
- Drafting leases, licences, option agreements and asset-related contracts
- Handling landlord and tenant matters, including rent reviews, lease renewals, and dilapidations
- Supporting regeneration and infrastructure projects with strategic legal input
- Advising on agricultural property transactions and academy leases (with support as needed)
- Collaborating with developers, agents, and internal teams on complex deals

What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or CILEx Fellow
- Strong experience in commercial property transactions
- Confidence managing leases, landlord/tenant issues, and negotiations
- A clear communicator and team player who can manage multiple matters simultaneously
