Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Property Manager, based on-site in Greater London. The Property Manager will be responsible for managing residential properties, overseeing repairs and maintenance, coordinating refurbishments, handling tenant inquiries and issues, and ensuring properties meet compliance regulations. Key duties will include liaising with landlords and tenants, maintaining property records, ensuring timely rent collection, and providing excellent customer service to all clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in UK residential Property Management and handling residential properties
• Skills in overseeing repairs, maintenance, and refurbishments
• Ability to manage tenant inquiries, issues, and maintain compliance standards
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency in property management software and maintaining property records
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of the housing market in East London is a plus
• ARLA qualification desirable.
