Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Manager, located in Greater London. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of property management, including managing tenant relations, coordinating repairs and maintenance, , supervising property refurbishments, and ensuring properties are well-maintained and compliant with regulations. Additional responsibilities include conducting property inspections, checkouts, and providing exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants.

Qualifications

• Experience in UK residential Property Management essential
• Skills in coordinating repairs, maintenance, and property refurbishments
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of property regulations and compliance
• Ability to manage budgets and financial aspects of property management
• Proficiency in property management software and basic computer skills
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in Property Management or Real Estate are advantageous
