Property Manager

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Property Manager who loves the craft of great service as much as they care about clean handovers, compliant tenancies, and calm, well‑run buildings. If you’re at your best juggling tenants, contractors, and compliance (without dropping a single tool), this has your name on it.

What you’ll own

• Be the trusted first call. You’ll act as the primary contact for tenants—fielding queries, solving issues quickly, and keeping everyone updated with clear, friendly comms.
• Onboard with care. Manage the tenancy lifecycle from offer to move‑in: draft ASTs, coordinate referencing and Right‑to‑Rent checks, schedule check‑ins, and make move‑in day feel effortless.
• Keep new‑builds feeling brand‑new. Plan and run regular inspections, raise and track defects, and coordinate maintenance with contractors—ensuring every job is completed safely, on time, and to spec.
• Shepherd renewals and goodbyes. Oversee renewals and terminations, issue notices where appropriate, and ensure deposit protection, check‑outs, and dilapidations are handled fairly and compliantly.

Ideal Candidate

• Solid experience in residential lettings/property management.
• Working knowledge of UK lettings legislation (ASTs, deposit protection, Right‑to‑Rent, safety standards) and a pragmatic approach to applying it day‑to‑day.
• Confidence coordinating contractors and building strong relationships with tenants, developers, and internal teams.
• A knack for prioritising in a fast‑moving environment and communicating clearly—both in writing and on the phone.
• Nice to have: ARLA/Propertymark qualifications (or a commitment to achieve them).
