Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Property Manager located in Hoddesdon, with some work from home acceptable. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of residential properties, including tenant relations, property maintenance, budgeting, and compliance with local regulations. Additional tasks include conducting regular property inspections, coordinating with contractors and service providers, addressing tenant inquiries and resolving issues, and ensuring timely rent collection and lease renewals.

• Property Management, Budgeting, and Facility Operations skills
• Experience in Tenant Relations and Customer Service
• Knowledge of local property regulations and compliance
• Strong Organizational and Time-management skills
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Property Management Software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
• Experience in the real estate or property management industry is a plus
