ROLE DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an experienced Residential Property Manager who is an organised and meticulous multi-tasker, committed to providing exemplary customer service. You will enjoy being an enthusiastic team player who takes pride in their work and enjoys problem solving.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· To manage, inspect and maintain a portfolio of residential properties in central London.
· Maintain Gas Safety and EICR records and instructing works where necessary.
· Carry out regular inspections of Managed Properties carrying out HHSRS checks and send out reports to clients.
· Update tenancy and property records continuously throughout the tenancy on CFP and deposit records on TDS.
· Deal with end of tenancy deposit releases including submission of disputes to TDS if required.
· Keep accurate records of keys held, loaned out and returned
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
· Good organisational and time management skills, ability to prioritise tasks.
· Demonstrate efficiency and attention to detail.
· Excellent written and spoken English
· A minimum 12 months experience in Residential Property Management
· Proficient in Word, Outlook and Excel at intermediate level
· Be ARLA qualified or willing to study towards Level 3 Technical Award
· Experience of CFP (preferred but not essential)
· Experience of Fixflo Maintenance Portal (full training will be given)
