Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Property Paralegal located in our London, Old Street Office. As a Property Paralegal at Ronald Fletcher Baker LLP, you will be responsible for assisting with residential property transactions (freehold, leasehold, new build, remortgages, transfers of equity, and lease extensions).

This is a full-time role and the candidate will need to be office based 5 days a week.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience with the following:

• At least 2 years of experience as a property paralegal
• Completing SDLT Returns
• Companies House submissions
• Submitting HMLR applications and dealing with requisitions
• Dealing with Leasehold post-completion requirements
• Assisting fee earners with exchange and completion
• Opening files and assisting with AML compliance
• File closing
• Liaising with clients, agents and solicitors with general enquiries
