We are seeking a full-time Property Specialist to join our team in Manchester. This on-site role involves assisting with commercial and residential real estate transactions, managing client relationships, and supporting the sales team in achieving business objectives. You will ensure efficient customer service, maintain property records, and work closely with internal stakeholders to manage property inquiries and deliver tailored solutions to meet customer needs.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills are essential for interacting effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders to maintain productive relationships.
• Experience and knowledge of Commercial Real Estate and Residential Real Estate to support property transactions and evaluations.
• Proficiency in Sales to assist in achieving business growth through successful client engagement and property sales initiatives.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with time management and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with property regulations and lending processes is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field is preferred but not required.
