An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Systems Officer to work in Newcastle City Council’s Property Systems Team, providing support to the Council’s Property function.
The Council is currently undertaking a major review of its land and property assets with the aim of driving efficiencies and maximising income from its portfolio in addition to identifying disposal, investment and development opportunities.
We are looking for candidates who have knowledge of database systems and data entry. Experience in using GIS and/or AutoCAD to input and manipulate data to produce maps/plans is also desirable. The successful applicants will undertake a wide range of duties required to support internal/external clients and deliver innovative solutions, in turn contributing to achieving the Council’s ambitious objectives.
Applicants will be expected to demonstrate effective written and oral communication skills along with a willingness to learn and embrace new challenges.
