We are recruiting for a Proposals Manager to join our Southern regional team based out of Weybridge. As the successful candidate, you will play a pivotal role in winning new work by leading the development of compelling, persuasive and customer-focused proposals across South London and the Southeast.
Working alongside a Bid Manager on first-stage tenders, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering high-quality submissions that clearly articulate our offer, address customer needs and concerns, and demonstrate best value. You will engage and lead subject matter experts across the business, translating complex technical input into clear, engaging and impactful written content that truly resonates with our customers.
This is a highly collaborative and networked role, requiring strong stakeholder engagement, creative thinking and the confidence to challenge and influence. Through well-crafted written and oral submissions, you will help ensure our proposals stand out and ultimately win projects.
NB. This is a 6-month fixed term contract opportunity, with the possibility of converting into a permanent role!
