Contract Type: Permanent

Working style: Hybrid 50% home/office based

We’re excited to be hiring a Proposition Analyst to join our Retirement Proposition team. Our team designs, develops and manages long-term savings products for customers and plays a central role in delivering Royal London’s ambition to be a Retirement Leader.

As part of the proposition function, you’ll help deliver the strategy behind our Retirement Proposition. This includes ensuring our products and solutions remain competitive, compliant, aligned to customer needs, and consistent across life stages.

You’ll work closely with proposition and delivery colleagues, as well as insight, marketing and distribution, so make sure our propositions deliver great outcomes and offer genuine value for money.

About the role

Use customer, market and business insight to identify opportunities and improve our propositions.

Analyse products, services and experiences to inform design decisions.

Prepare and maintain clear, accurate technical product literature.

Work with cross‑functional teams to deliver detailed product design and support implementation.

Support existing propositions, including mailbox queries, training and product guides.

Participate in Agile ways of working and help prioritise customer and business value.

Ensure proposition development aligns to policy, strategy and regulatory requirements.

About you

Understanding of financial services, regulation and customer needs.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insight.
Great communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders.
Creative thinker with commercial awareness and attention to detail.
Collaborative, proactive and comfortable challenging existing approaches.
Able to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
