We’re seeking a strategic and customer-focused
Service Proposition Manager to lead the development and delivery of compelling service propositions. You’ll turn insight into impact—shaping go-to-market messaging, driving marketing campaigns, and leading service launches that align with customer needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Voice of the Customer sessions to gather actionable insight
- Develop value propositions using the SISI model (Solve, Improve, Save, Increase)
- Define messaging and support campaign execution in partnership with marketing
- Launch new services, coordinate cross-functional teams, and track success metrics
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in proposition development, service design, or B2B marketing
- Strong communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills
- Collaborative, hands-on, and insight-driven mindset
- Familiarity with CRM, CPQ, or pricing tools (a plus)
