We’re supporting a leading payments analytics organisation delivering high-impact initiatives within a major UK financial services environment.

This contract role suits an experienced Proposition & Delivery Manager who can take ownership of commercially driven initiatives, translating data insight into clear propositions and delivery plans.

What you’ll be doing

Owning initiatives to increase wallet spend and grow market share
Turning analytical outputs into practical, commercial recommendations
Creating and presenting proposition decks for senior stakeholders
Designing and overseeing self-serve dashboards and data visualisation
Developing realistic delivery plans and coordinating activity across teams
Applying sound judgement to anticipate risks and drive outcomes

What we’re looking for

Strong commercial and strategic thinking, grounded in data
Experience in payments, cards or retail banking
Debit payments or current account experience highly desirable
Comfortable working independently in complex stakeholder environments
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset
