JOB PURPOSE:
We are seeking an experienced Proposition & Growth Manager with a background in Product Marketing to support with the development and execution of the growth strategy for our integrated AI & digital solutions portfolio.
This pivotal role will develop a unified approach to taking solutions to market, ensuring alignment with corporate communications, sales, and investor priorities
The ideal candidate will have a strong B2B background in financial services, (particularly Banking) and the ability to build frameworks, narratives, and strategies that drive both client and investor value.
Reporting to the Director of Customer Strategy, this role offers a rare opportunity to build a function from the ground up, shaping how we position and commercialise our digital solutions.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, including the strategy team and ExCom, gaining direct exposure to high-level decision-making.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop digital solutions brand narrative: Define and promote a unified value propositions that positions Acuity digital and AI products as part of a cohesive suite of integrated solutions.
- Go-to-market strategy: Create market strategies that highlight the benefits of integrated digital solutions for clients, ensuring consistency across all communications.
- Client-centric messaging: Craft compelling value propositions and messaging that communicate the impact of integrated solutions on client efficiency, cost reduction, and EBITDA growth.
- Sales enablement alignment: Collaborate with the sales enablement team to deliver tailored tools, playbooks, and training materials for the salesforce.
- Develop and implement a structured voice of the customer programme, ensuring client feedback directly informs solution development, go-to-market strategies, and sales enablement.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with delivery and product teams to instil a customer-first mindset and ensure that product roadmaps align with market needs and opportunities.
- Support corporate communications: Work with the corporate communications team to ensure messaging consistency, particularly for investor-facing materials that highlight Acuity’s AI strategy and breadth of digital solutions.
- Retention and advocacy: Drive initiatives to capture client feedback, build testimonials, and support long-term client retention strategies.
- Work closely with the strategy team to provide actionable market insights, competitive analysis, and client pain points that shape product propositioning and sales strategy. While the strategy team leads on broader market intelligence, this role will focus on translating insights into clear, compelling positioning for our digital solutions.
KEY COMPETENCIES:
- Proven experience in B2B product marketing and working with teams under an agile product development methodology.
- Experience in proposition development for digital managed services.
- Deep understanding of financial services, particularly Banking.
- A customer first, data driven mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to create and implement go-to-market strategies for integrated product portfolios.
- Expertise in aligning marketing strategies with broader business objectives, including revenue growth and margin improvement.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Experience of working within managed service models or within a people + tech organisation.
- Strong skills in collaboration and cross-functional leadership, particularly in a global organisation.
- Ability to balance strategic planning with operational delivery during fast-paced or high-pressure periods.
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing or Business, Finance or a related field (MBA is a plus but not required)
- Previous exposure to working for Private Equity clients would be an advantage but not required.
- The position is based in London with requirement to work from the Central London office 3 days per week (Tuesday and Thursday mandatory, 3 day flexible).
- Some occasional travel to Acuity International locations (which includes India, Sri Lanka, China, US and Costa Rica) may be required
