The Role: As an Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving media results and managing day-to-day client activity. You’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, working closely with senior colleagues and contributing to high-quality outcomes across the board.

This hybrid role will be based from our central London or Tunbridge Wells office, as well as from home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day client activity across multiple B2B accounts, ensuring smooth delivery and clear communication
• Secure high-quality media coverage through proactive pitching, strong journalist relationships, and newsjacking opportunities
• Develop written materials including press releases, media pitches, comments, and reports to a client-ready standard
• Monitor and analyse media coverage, producing insightful monthly and quarterly reports using tools like Meltwater and Onclusive
• Support account planning and reporting, contributing to PR strategies and ensuring deadlines and expectations are met
• Maintain commercial awareness, managing time effectively, tracking utilisation, and spotting upsell opportunities
• Contribute to agency initiatives, brainstorms, and best practice sharing to help drive overall team success

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in PR (agency-side preferred), ideally with a strong B2B background
• Proven ability to deliver media coverage and build journalist relationships
• Excellent writing, organisational, and communication skills
• A genuine interest in current affairs and the news agenda
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with genuine enthusiasm for PR
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hybrid agency environment
