Mon-Fri - Hybrid working with office based in London

DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW:

The Warner Bros. Discovery UK and Ireland Publicity department constantly strives to create and maintain a best-in-class position within the industry. The publicity team is tasked with strategically positioning, promoting but also protecting the launch of all WBD titles.

Overview of role:

A key role within the HBO Max PR team in the UK and Ireland, the candidate needs 2+ years of PR experience working on premium, scripted TV PR campaigns who:

Can support the Senior PR team to launch HBO Max in market and can demonstrate experience in big PR campaigns for premium, scripted TV shows including pitching offline and digital media in the UK and Ireland.
Has experience with content creator and tastemaker engagement campaigns.
Has experience in junkets including pitching, ideation and logistics delivery.
Has ideation and delivery experience for events and bigger PR ideas that cut through in the marketplace.
Can be responsible for running the administrational press office of all the campaigns including but not limited to reporting, press office, research projects, etc…
Be a champion of innovation and change for the team identifying new opportunities for campaigns, process and the team.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

2+ years prior PR agency or inhouse premium TV experience working on UK and Ireland campaigns is essential.
A strong communicator with a proven track record of supporting on creative and engaging premium TV PR campaigns.
Ability to multitask and manage the general day-to-day activities of a busy and fast paced press office.
Good media knowledge with a good network of journalists or contacts in the industry.
