Public Relations Executive

An exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic PR Executive to join the Gordon Ramsay Brand team.

Gordon Ramsay Brand exists to grow, promote and manage Gordon Ramsay’s culinary business, personal brand and charitable endeavours, as well as the Ramsay family. The Gordon Ramsay Brand PR team work across the wider group of companies that includes Gordon Ramsay Restaurants Global and Studio Ramsay, and based in Soho Square, London, W1.

Reporting into the Senior PR Manager, this position is ideal for individuals eager to learn, thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and are excited to contribute to multiple high-profile projects.

The PR Executive’s primary responsibility will be to support the delivery of creative, impactful PR campaigns and assist in the smooth running of day-to-day media activity, working closely with our Global Communications Director, restaurant and studio stakeholders and external brand partners.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior PR Manager and wider team in implementing the global media strategy and storytelling for Gordon Ramsay & Gordon Ramsay Restaurants.
• Support in building strong relationships with business stakeholders, working with local and global teams to help deliver standout brand moments.
• Maintain and update various administrative tasks, systems, media lists, research journalist contacts, and help identify press opportunities across international media.
• Draft, proofread, and coordinate the distribution of press materials.
• Monitor media coverage and compile regular reports to track campaign success.
• Support in coordinating PR opportunities for new openings, events, and campaigns in partnership with marketing and social media teams.
• Liaise with retained PR agencies to provide updates, assets, and information needed for campaign execution.
• Assist in coordinating logistics for press events, photo shoots, and media visits.

Requirements

• A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• A passion for food, restaurants, and hospitality.
• Ideally 2 + years’ PR experience (in-house or agency), preferably within hospitality, lifestyle, travel, retail, or entertainment.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• A good understanding of media landscape, social media platforms and digital trends.
• Highly organised with great attention to detail.
• Confident at juggling multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced quality lead environment .
