We’re looking for a driven and experienced Sales Manager to join our team, focused on selling cloud, SaaS, and managed digital services to UK public sector organisations. You’ll be working within established government frameworks such as G-Cloud, Digital Outcomes and Specialists (DOS), and RM6100 series, helping clients navigate procurement and unlock value through digital transformation.

This Public Sector Digital Services Sales Manager role is Hybrid Flexible with a requirement to be in our London office approximately twice a month.
What you'll be doing:
- Contribute to the execution of the Public Sector Sales Strategy, aligned to framework opportunities and sector objectives.
- Plan and execute the development of assigned public sector prospects, progressing them through the full sales cycle to closure.
- Manage and develop your individual sales pipeline, ensuring a healthy mix of new business opportunities and qualified proposals.
- Provide accurate monthly sales forecasts for new business aligned to framework timelines and procurement cycles.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with public sector stakeholders, including procurement leads, digital programme owners, and technical decision-makers.
- Collaborate across internal teams (bid, delivery, legal, commercial) to ensure high-quality submissions and client engagement.
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience driving growth as an individual contributor in high-performing sales teams across cloud, SaaS, and managed services.
- Strong track record of closing and supporting multi-stakeholder public sector deals, ideally through government frameworks.
- Resilient, energetic, and motivated by selling and closing complex deals.
- Deep understanding of UK public sector procurement, especially via CCS frameworks.
- Excellent communicator with a focus on client value and long-term relationships.
- Strong adherence to sales governance and compliance processes.
