PURPOSE OF JOB:

To assist Purchasing with daily procurement order processing, with the potential to learn other aspects of the procurement function.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To enter data efficiently and accurately within specified timescales
• Attention to detail is foremost

INDIVIDUAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Raising Purchasing Orders
• Chasing Order Confirmations and ETA’s
• Obtaining fulfilments & POD’s
• Raising and processing Returns
• Analysing Stock

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

Educational Qualifications:

• A-C GCSE Mathematics & English - Essential

Years of Experience

• 1+ Years Experience in similar role - Desirable
