Purchasing Manager

Are you a Purchasing Manager who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment?

We’re looking for a proactive, commercially minded leader to drive procurement excellence and strengthen a growing supply chain operation.

What you’ll be doing:

• Owning sourcing, negotiation and procurement across materials, products and services
• Leading and developing a high performing purchasing team
• Implementing purchasing strategies, cost down initiatives and supply chain improvements
• Managing supplier performance, contracts, KPIs and audits
• Building strong supplier relationships and representing the business with confidence
• Ensuring SAP/MRP accuracy and supporting risk mitigation strategies
• Leading outsourcing projects and supporting CAPEX procurement
• Working cross functionally with Production, Planning, Engineering and senior stakeholders
• Monitoring shortages and driving supply continuity
• Keeping up to date with raw material and other cost trends

What we’re looking for:

• Proven Purchasing Manager experience in manufacturing or engineering
