About the Role

You'll work closely with experienced engineers and data specialists, with real ownership over what you build and plenty of opportunity to grow as the team expands.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship production‑ready features across the full stack
• Collaborate with a small, supportive engineering team

Work across:

• Frontend: React, Next.js
• Backend: Python, Django
• Analytics: data‑processing components & workflow tools
• Own projects end‑to‑end — from requirements to deployment
• Review code, contribute to merge requests, and help mentor junior developers
• Solve complex UI and data challenges

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as a Full Stack Developer

Required Skills

Strong hands‑on experience with:

• Python / Django
• React / Next.js
• JavaScript
• Git
• Comfortable building data‑heavy applications & integrating APIs
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the confidence to own technical decisions
• Ability to create clean, responsive UIs

Desirable

• Experience with Azure or Docker
• Familiarity with LangChain, RAG‑based AI tools, or LLM‑focused development
• Experience using pandas for data manipulation
