Position: Full Stack Engineer (UK, early-stage company)

We’re seeking a versatile engineer to join our clients small but growing team. This role is central to building and scaling technology, with responsibilities spanning backend development, infrastructure, data workflows, and applied AI projects.
Key Responsibilities
- AI Features: Contribute to product-facing functionality powered by machine learning.
- Model Development: Assist in the design, training, and deployment of ML models.
- Systems Architecture: Build reliable backend services and APIs that enable smooth data flow and product scalability.
- Data Layer Management: Work with both relational and non-relational databases (such as Postgres, MongoDB, Elasticsearch) to ensure efficient storage and retrieval.
- Infrastructure & Deployment: Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines, support cloud-based environments, and ensure stability and scalability.
- Data Engineering: Create data pipelines that power insights and enrich product features.

Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in software engineering (backend, DevOps, or full stack).
- Strong Python skills, ideally with experience in ML-related development.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps practices (CI/CD, version control).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure experience is a plus).
- Proficiency with both SQL and NoSQL databases (and ideally MongoDB or ElasticSearch)
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Must already have the right to work in the UK and be based there.
- Comfortable working in the office at least 3 days per week.
