We’re on the lookout for a proactive and quality-driven QA Installs Engineer to join our growing Installations team. In this role, you’ll work closely with our trusted installation partners to ensure every fibre-to-the-home connection meets brsk’s high standards. Reporting to the Midlands Installations Manager, you’ll be a key player in delivering exceptional service and helping us scale our network across the region.

What You’ll Be Doing
This is a site-based role covering the Midlands region. You’ll be regularly travelling between sites, your home, and occasionally to other business locations across the UK. A full driving licence is essential.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Represent brsk on-site, ensuring installations are completed to the highest standards.
- Manage and support our installation partners, coaching their supervisory teams to deliver on time and to spec.
- Provide feedback to improve installation methods and quality.
- Keep the wider business informed with daily and weekly progress updates.
- Handle customer escalations professionally, always upholding the brsk brand.
- Collaborate with build quality engineers to resolve on-site challenges.
- Champion health and safety, confidently addressing any concerns.
- Consistently meet connection targets—weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually.
- A self-starter mindset with a passion for driving quality and change.
- Flexibility and a willingness to support across the business.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
- Independence and initiative, balanced with strong team spirit.
- A keen eye for detail and pride in brand presentation.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
- A results-driven approach with a focus on action and delivery.
- At least 2 years of experience as an Installation Engineer.
- PIA accreditation or deep knowledge of the Openreach network.
- Hands-on experience with both overhead and underground Openreach infrastructure.
- Solid understanding of NRSWA regulations.
- Fibre splicing and troubleshooting expertise.
