Your Role And Responsibilities
- Lead UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and SIT (System Integration Testing) phases;
- Create, manage, and execute test plans, schedules, and testing metrics;
- Drive testing cycles to completion, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met;
- Collaborate effectively with business users and IT teams to ensure alignment throughout the testing process;
- Track defects and provide clear reporting to stakeholders using appropriate tools.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Proven experience as a Test Lead or QA Lead, with strong exposure to UAT and SIT management;
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially when working with business users and IT teams;
- Hands-on experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA);
- Ability to create and manage test plans, schedules, and testing metrics;
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude to drive testing cycles to completion;
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
- Advanced or fluent English – to be used daily for communication with international teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
- Familiarity with industry-standard testing tools and reporting dashboards is a plus.
