Working with internal & external customers to deliver exceptional service. There are several pillars within the CDO; Customer Service, Logistics, Supply planning, Technical Services & Field Engineering, who all work in partnership to drive service and efficiencies for our business and our customers.
What to expect:
The QESH & Facilities Coordinator is responsible for maintaining facility standards and ensuring compliance to the QESH Management System at Milton Keynes. The role reports to the QESH Manager. Key responsibilities include:
- Facilitate legal compliance to statutory and mandatory inspections
- Review, report and advise management and Operations teams on Operational standards ensuring safety, environmental and quality standards are met.
- Undertaking internal audits to verify that working practices are safe, maintain quality and minimize the impact on the environment as well as meeting the CCEP Standards
- Support external auditors with their audit process
- Support Safety and Environmental initiatives to ensure compliance and minimise risks
- Ensuring the QESH team and site are working efficiently by exploiting new technologies and industry best practice
- Sharing best practices with other team members and colleagues to improve customer service, Manufacturing and Distribution compliance and conformance.
- Formally train others on site in relevant Safety and Environmental subjects, such as COSHH, Planned EOSH Inspections, Hazard awareness and management of wastes
- Promote and coach QESH behaviors across the site, by example and support site teams in pursuit of QESH excellence
What We Expect Of You
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Practical experience of workplace safety auditing or product/environment testing
- Practical experience of undertaking risk assessments and health and safety (safety or environment)
- Strong team player
- Ability to problem solve
- Previous experience in Facilities
