QHSE Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Assurance: Implement systems to deliver quality parts to customers on time.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and resolving quality issues.
- Risk Management: Develop policies and training to minimize associate injury risks.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to company security policies and procedures.
- Audits: Perform internal and supplier audits to enhance systems and ensure quality.
- Training: Coordinate and conduct supplier training on quality and HSE systems.
- Special Circumstances:
- Multitasking: Prioritize tasks and coordinate efforts across departments in a fast-paced environment.
- Travel: Occasionally travel to other facilities, customers, and suppliers.
- Collaboration: Obtain cooperation from individuals reporting to other managers using effective communication and project management skills.
Qualifications
- Relevant qualification in Engineering or Manufacturing Management, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP software (training provided).
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Confident, self-motivated, and driven to succeed.
- Ability to travel occasionally overnight and/or internationally.
- Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental standards (ISO 14001 and 45001).
- Certified lead auditor or Internal Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 (desirable).
- NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety and/or Environmental Management Certificate.
- Experience in industrial plant operations, preferably in a similar industry.
- Knowledge in Quality Management Systems with specific knowledge in ISO 9001/2015 ver.
