The role willinclude responsibility for the compliance with the Newrest QHSE principles andprocedures. You will continually improve the quality, accuracy and adherence tothe current practices with reference to QHSE.

Tasks
- Embedding the Newrest Non-negotiables into the daily activities.
- Work with nominated Champions and Ambassadors to ensure compliance to all processes and standards.
- Undertake HACCP Inspection, Health & Safety Inspections, Environmental Inspection, Ramp Safety audit in line with defined frequency per Newrest Guidelines.
- Develop feedback system with operational managers and follow up on action plan closure.
- Collate and monitor the KPI data highlighting trends and areas of improvement.
- Conduct Customer Self Audit. Review findings with management team and creating action plan. Co-ordinate and manage the customer audit.
- Customer Complaints, respond to customer complaints and liaise with operational teams for action plan in high frequency areas.
- Promote the use of Calypso for recording all QHSE events.
- Microbiological Results, monitor submission of samples according to volumes, highlighting to operational teams and deficiency or any trends in results being seen.
- Support local unit traceability exercise.
- Update and review risk assessments ensuring all areas ensuring all aspects of the business are assessed.
- CSR culture to be embedded into daily operations through training and supporting the units with current and new initiatives.
- Coaching and development of the unit based managers and teams.
- Interact with, colleagues, customers and clients in a professional manner at all times.
- Adhere to Unit safety measures in place.
- Adhere to inflight services security compliance.
- Adhere to clean as you go standard.
- Interact with, colleagues, customers and clients in a professional manner at all times.
- Drive, direct and implement unit Corporate, Social, Responsibility initiatives.
- Any other duties as requested by your manager.
Skills And Knowledge
Ø Affiliationto a suitable professional body.
Ø FoodHygiene, minimum diploma level.
Ø Minimum1+ years of experience in QHSE management and food safety, within catering.
Ø Experienceof strengthening ISO certifications.
Ø Stronganalytical Skills Are Essential.
Ø Excelknowledge desirable.
Ø Possessa pro-active approach and a can do, collaborative attitude.
Ø Possessa high level of attention to detail and accuracy with an ability to deliver onstrict deadlines.
