Role Description

The Qualified Nursery Practitioner will play a key role in providing exceptional care and education for young children in a stimulating and nurturing environment. You will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging activities, ensuring the health and safety of children, and supporting their emotional and social development. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bricket Wood.

Qualifications

Proficient in child development, early years education, and safeguarding practices
Ability to design and deliver engaging and age-appropriate learning activities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

Organizational abilities and attention to detail for maintaining accurate records and ensuring a high-quality environment

Certification in childcare or early years qualification (such as NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)

Current understanding of health and safety regulations in a childcare setting

Passion for working with children, creativity, and a positive, nurturing attitude
