About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rotherham.


A key role supporting both quality assurance and sustainability activities across the site, you’ll be the go‑to person for managing key administrative processes, supporting reporting, and keeping communication flowing across departments.


Daily activities may include:

  • Keeping the certificate of analysis system running smoothly so customers have what they need, when they need it.
  • Supporting sustainability initiatives by maintaining records, preparing documentation, and helping with audit requirements.
  • Maintaining accurate logs for quarantine stock and pulling together data for trend analysis.
  • Preparing the pack for weekly “Jobs On” meeting, ensuring the QC Manager has all relevant information.
  • Managing the customer concern system and issuing weekly summaries to teams across the business.
  • Handling customer information requests and coordinating visit notifications (including catering and room requirements).
  • Providing day‑to‑day support to the Quality & Sustainability team with purchasing, admin, and monthly reporting.
  • Assisting with audits and other projects where needed.
  • Any other reasonable duties as required

  • What We're Looking For

    • Strong Microsoft Office skills and enjoy producing clear, well‑structured reports.
    • Communicate confidently with people at all levels, inside and outside the business.
    • Organised, proactive, and able to manage workload effectively.
    • Can work well in a small, friendly team while still building strong relationships with other departments (manufacturing, hot end, cold end, engineering, warehouse).
    • Comfortable taking initiative and responding quickly to customer needs.
