As a Quality and Technical Coach, the successful candidate will oversee and mentor the Consumer Energy Debt Advice (CEDA) team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, client-centred services. The role involves providing clear and effective coaching and motivation to a team of advisers, while creating a supportive environment where services are delivered seamlessly and efficiently.
