About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized Quality Administrator to enhance and support our quality operations focused on co-packers and suppliers. This role is essential in ensuring that product specifications are maintained accurately, customer complaints are addressed promptly, and the performance of suppliers and co-packers is consistently monitored and improved.
Reporting to the Head of International Quality, you will be responsible for ensuring that all documentation from suppliers and co-packers related to product manufacturing complies with our quality, food safety, and regulatory standards, aligning with the Kendal Nutricare Quality Standard.
A key to success in this role is your ability to build strong, collaborative relationships—both internally and externally—while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
You will also lead the development and enhancement of supplier and co-packer documentation and governance frameworks, driving improvements that support quality compliance and operational efficiency
Responsibilities:
Maintain and update product specifications related to quality and food safety. Ensure timely review, approval, and secure archiving of documentation with Co-packers and Suppliers. Support the enhancement and standardization of current processes in partnership with R&D and cross-functional teams.
Monitor and manage consumer complaints, particularly those involving Co-packers. Work closely with external partners to ensure timely investigation and resolution, driving customer satisfaction and process improvement.
Implement and manage a structured follow-up process for supplier non-conformities. Ensure all incidents are documented, investigated, and appropriately resolved to prevent recurrence.
Define and manage KPIs to track supplier and Co-packer performance. Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Collaborate with procurement, operations, and quality teams to align on corrective actions and meet performance targets.
