This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in administration or a support role who is eager to further develop their career in quality assurance or regulation.
The role
You'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of our quality assurance programme, helping to ensure our services meet high standards and operate efficiently.
In this role, you'll assist with a variety of tasks including data collation, reporting, and supporting quality assurance projects. You'll gain hands-on experience with business intelligence tools, contribute to internal moderation processes, and help evaluate activities for continuous improvement. With guidance from experienced Quality Assurance Managers, you'll develop your skills in a supportive environment while making a meaningful contribution to the team's success.

This is a full-time role working 35 hours per week and we are happy to talk flexible working.
This is a hybrid role attached to our office in Birmingham. You will be required to work one to two days in the office and the rest of the week from home.
The starting salary for this role is £25,769.
