Description

Are you looking to take the next step in your career and develop your skills in quality assurance? We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Adviser to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in administration or a support role who is eager to further develop their career in quality assurance or regulation.

The role

You'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of our quality assurance programme, helping to ensure our services meet high standards and operate efficiently.

In this role, you'll assist with a variety of tasks including data collation, reporting, and supporting quality assurance projects. You'll gain hands-on experience with business intelligence tools, contribute to internal moderation processes, and help evaluate activities for continuous improvement. With guidance from experienced Quality Assurance Managers, you'll develop your skills in a supportive environment while making a meaningful contribution to the team's success.

What we're looking for

  • Developed understanding of data analysis and data management methods, tools and their application
  • Demonstrates enthusiasm, commitment and reliability under pressure with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent IT skills including a suite of Microsoft applications and Adobe
  • Able to work effectively as a member of a team and independently
  • A demonstrable commitment to providing excellent customer service
  • Effective communication, both oral and written with the ability to convey information clearly
  • Attention to detail, working with thoroughness, accuracy and consistency to produce high quality outputs

Useful and additional information

This is a full-time role working 35 hours per week and we are happy to talk flexible working.

This is a hybrid role attached to our office in Birmingham. You will be required to work one to two days in the office and the rest of the week from home.

The starting salary for this role is £25,769.
