About The Role
We’re currently looking for a hands-on Quality Assurance Manager to join our team to work the Front-End Shift leading a team of six QA Technicians on the factory floor. You’ll be the driving force behind maintaining and improving quality standards in a fast-paced, high-volume food manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 6 QA Technicians covering both day and night shifts
- Oversee daily quality assurance activities, including audits, checks, and compliance tasks
- Maintain high standards across a range of multi-retail customers
- Collaborate with the other QA Manager to ensure smooth handovers and continuity
- Champion a culture of food safety, hygiene, and continuous improvement on site
You are an experienced Quality Assurance Manager with a hands on leadership style who is supportive and focused on development.
Essential
Key Skills and Qualifications
- HACCP Level 3 and Food Safety Level 3 certified
- Demonstrable experience in food manufacturing
- Proven experience managing a QA team in a high-volume food environment
- Strong knowledge of internal auditing, food safety standards, and contamination control
- Excellent communication, resilience, and a proactive mindset
- Degree in a food science or related discipline
- Experience working with multiple retail customers
- Background in bakery or similar food production settings
