What Youll Be Doing
Your day-to-day will be dynamic, purposeful and full of opportunities to grow. Key responsibilities include:
Reviewing documentation for completeness, accuracy and data integrity
Partnering with sourcing and operations to implement supplier quality requirements
Maintaining and improving our Quality Management System into a best-in-class framework
Leading CAPA, change control and non-conformance processes
Measuring the success of quality initiatives and driving continuous improvement
Guiding teams with expert advice on quality culture and best practices
Delivering engaging training sessions on quality processes and mindset
Providing expert guidance on validation strategy, scope and execution
What You Bring
Were looking for someone whos not just qualified - but driven, detail-oriented and ready to make a difference.
Minimum three years experience in medical devices, pharma or a similarly regulated industry
Proven success in a Quality Assurance role
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Clear, confident communicator - written and verbal
Ability to meet deadlines, agile with priorities
Self-motivated and collaborative.
