Quality Assurance Specialist (Mortgage Servicing)

Pepper Advantage is one of the leading loan servicing companies in the UK, and we are currently recruiting for a Quality Assurance Specialist with proven experience in management and administration of QA processes within the mortgage industry to join our team in Uxbridge, London.

This is a hybrid role, with the expectation of two days per week office attendance.

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Completing end to end case reviews in accordance with business requirements
• Completing call observations in accordance with business requirements
• Documenting loan-level actions and staff training requirements arising from end to end case reviews and call observations and taking ownership for ensuring timely resolution through collaboration with managers
• Providing monthly report and action plans to line managers documenting the outcome of end to end case reviews in accordance with the escribed report format
• Working closely with line managers and operational managers within the business to assist with the delivery of resolutions in relation to issues and trends arising from end to end reviews and call observations
• Developing close working relationships with all key stakeholders and business partners to coordinate, plan, document and execute observation processes

Essential Skills:

• Prior exposure to Quality Assurance process management in the mortgage industry
• Ability to consistently deliver outstanding service
• Experience within the Financial Services Industry
• Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
• Excellent literacy skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally both in writing and verbally;
• Competent in Excel
• Applied experience of primary and special servicing of residential mortgage or Commercial Real Estate portfolios is desirable.
• Able to contribute positively through clear communication and flexible work ethic;
