WHAT YOU'LL DO 👩‍💻

• Validating technical implementations, testing data flows, debugging, and maintaining compliance to ensure the platforms work as expected
• Plan and coordinate all Enterprise Test Management activities of Digital Transformation / e-commerce of Braze/ Tealium projects
• Define QA/ test strategies with our clients which includes:
  • ○ Implementation of a client focused Test Management organization including roles and responsibilities
  • ○ Definition and implementation of the test process
  • ○ Definition of best practice for environments, data and integrations
  • ○ Definition and implementation of a Test Automation strategy
  • ○ Definition of defect management process
  • ○ Definition of appropriate test levels, test phases including entry-/acceptance criteria
• Defect management and triage, overseeing UAT / OAT phases
• Define and implement QA/ test tool strategies
• Define Test Governance and implement reporting KPIs on defects and quality
• Contribute to release and deployment planning including cutover planning

WHAT YOU NEED 💪

• Significant experience as a Test Manager in Digital Transformation / e-commerce projects
• Extensive experience in Braze as a Quality Assurance Tester within the e-commerce industry
• Understanding of Data Analysis & Validation (Event Tracking and Data Streams, SQL Proficiency, Tealium Data Layer Testing)
• Understanding of API/SDK Testing (Braze API, Tealium EventStream, SDKs)
• Familiarity with Debugging/Troubleshooting Tools of Tealium and Braze (Logs, Event Viewer, Tealium Trace, Load Rules)

• Desirable - Experience with setting up and execution of Test Automation (Scripting, CI/CD mechanisms)
• Desirable - GDPR & CCPA Compliance Knowledge
• Desirable - Cross-Platform Testing (Mobile/Web, Multi-Browser, Android/iOS)
