The role

As a Quality Control Coordinator, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. Play a pivotal role in shaping quality excellence, your work will directly impact Cavendish’s products, services, and reputation.

Day-to-day, you’ll

  • Manage resource and supply chain notifications to ensure timely responses.
  • Ensure supplier quality documentation is complete, issued, and accessible to all stakeholders.
  • Coordinate inspection assignments and liaise with customer inspection teams, ensuring contract coverage.
  • Ensure timely issuance, receipt, and storage of inspection reports for internal and external access.
  • Lead and organise inspection resources effectively, including ad hoc support (e.g., Stork/WSP) to meet customer commitments.


This role is full time, 37 hours per week based in Leicester, providing hybrid working arrangements with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

Essential experience of the Quality Control Coordinator:

  • Strong administrative, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Solid working knowledge and application of ISO 9001 standards.
  • Familiarity with the nuclear industry and its operational context.
  • Understanding of quality standards and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in coordination or facilitation roles is advantageous.


Qualifications for the Quality Control Coordinator:

Security Clearance
