Quality Compliance Technician

Location: Telford

Contract: Permanent / Full-Time

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off, 7am – 7pm (Days)

Salary: £33,906 per annum

Are you passionate about quality and compliance in manufacturing? We’re looking for a Quality Compliance Technicians to join our team in Telford. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in ensuring our products and processes meet the highest standards.

As a Quality Compliance Technician, You’ll

Support and coach operational teams on quality and hygiene principles.
Lead root cause analysis (RCA) to implement robust corrective actions.
Promote hygienic working practices aligned with factory standards.
Conduct audits and agree corrective actions with relevant teams.
Follow up on non-compliances and ensure resolution.
Champion health & safety to reduce risks and incidents.
Update daily quality KPIs and communicate issues to operations.

To Succeed In This Role, You’ll Need

Strong communication skills across all levels.

Auditing experience and attention to detail.

A proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and IT-based auditing tools.

Working knowledge of HACCP principles.
