Quality Compliance Technician

Location: Telford

Contract: Permanent / Full-Time

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off, 7am – 7pm (Days)

Salary: £33,906 per annum

Are you passionate about quality and compliance in manufacturing? We’re looking for a Quality Compliance Technicians to join our team in Telford. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in ensuring our products and processes meet the highest standards.

As a Quality Compliance Technician, You’ll

  • Support and coach operational teams on quality and hygiene principles.
  • Lead root cause analysis (RCA) to implement robust corrective actions.
  • Promote hygienic working practices aligned with factory standards.
  • Conduct audits and agree corrective actions with relevant teams.
  • Follow up on non-compliances and ensure resolution.
  • Champion health & safety to reduce risks and incidents.
  • Update daily quality KPIs and communicate issues to operations.

To Succeed In This Role, You’ll Need

  • Strong communication skills across all levels.
  • Auditing experience and attention to detail.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and IT-based auditing tools.
  • Working knowledge of HACCP principles.
