Job Title: Quality Controller - Hybrid
Remote will occasional travel to sites around UK when needed
Quality control is a pivotal aspect of any business. It ensures that products meet specified standards and are free from defects, meet and exceed the customers expectations. The only way this can be achieved is through continuous monitoring and evaluation to ensure that processes and procedures are being followed correctly and are achieving the desired outcomes.
To ensure this is achieved we are seeking a Quality Controller responsible for the continual maintenance and improvement of our integrated management system in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.

The main tasks
- Ensuring all processes and procedures are accurate, approved by relevant personnel.
- Regularly consulting with function leads so the roles and responsibilities of individuals involved in the procedure are understood.
- Updating and revising documentation as deviations to process are found and reported.
- Auditing site documentation, any forms, records, or documentation required as part of the procedure is present and being used.
- Correct revision documents are being used and stored correctly.
- KPI reporting per audit per site.
- A keen eye for detail is essential for the role must be able to identify deviations from process.
- Effective communication is necessary for training staff, reporting findings, and collaborating with other departments.
- An individual who is available to both site staff and management for document-related information.
- Computer literacy: familiarity with Microsoft Visio is beneficial.
- Ability to travel within the UK.
- Knowledge of Project Information Retrieval System (PIRS) an advantage
