POSITION OVERVIEW
Reporting to the production manager, the Quality Controller will ensure the quality of all finished products, raw materials, labelling, and packaging. The role includes monitoring and evaluating internal production processes, examining products to determine their quality, and ensuring all company products meet quality standards before they go to market. This role will also engage with customers and suppliers to gather product feedback and address non-conformances.

REQUIREMENTS
• Experience in quality control within a production environment, preferably in the health and beauty industry.
• Understanding of Soil Association, GMP, ISO22716, and HACCP standards.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and report anomalies promptly.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with a team.
• Ability to work independently while adhering to established guidelines and processes.
