We are seeking a Quality Engineer looking for that next step in their careers to help drive our company's growth and success within our Quality team.
You will assist with the development and implementation of quality activities for both engineering and manufacturing disciplines with the emphasis on; error prevention, lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, legislation, regulation, international standards adherence and the reduction of variation and waste in all elements of the product lifecycle.

About the role
As a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Engineer at Mirus Aircraft Seating, you will play a key role in supporting both Engineering and Manufacturing functions to ensure our products meet the highest standards of safety, performance, and compliance.
Reporting to the Quality Manager, you’ll lead the development and implementation of Quality initiatives across the full product lifecycle – from concept and prototyping to production and in-service support.
You’ll support day-to-day Quality operations, assist with FMEA and Problem-Solving activities, help drive Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and Error Prevention. You’ll also facilitate maintenance of Quality documentation and Systems, support new product introduction (NPI), and ensure adherence to Legislation, Regulations, and International Standards, including Conformity of Production requirements.
