Quality Engineer

📢 Quality Engineer | £35,000–£45,000 + Bonus & Benefits | Midlands | Hybrid

We’re working exclusively with a leading manufacturing client investing heavily in quality and continuous improvement. They’re looking for a proactive Quality Engineer to join their growing team.

The Role:

You’ll ensure products meet high quality standards, drive root cause investigations, support audits, manage NCRs, and collaborate across engineering, production, and suppliers.

You’ll Need:

• 2+ years in Quality Engineering (manufacturing/engineering environment)
• Strong with FMEA, PPAP, APQP & ISO 9001/IATF 16949
• Skilled in 8D, 5 Whys, problem-solving
• HND/Degree in Engineering or related field

What’s Offered:
