Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Quality Enhancement Manager. The Quality Enhancement Manager will be responsible for managing the JCIE Question Bank team, overseeing and improving quality assurance processes, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Additionally, the manager will develop and implement quality enhancement initiatives, provide training and support to staff, and prepare detailed reports on quality metrics. This hybrid role is based in Edinburgh, allowing some work from home flexibility.
Qualifications
- Experience in Quality Assurance, Auditing, and Regulatory Compliance
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement quality enhancement initiatives
- Experience in providing training and support to staff
- Proficiency in preparing and presenting quality metrics reports
- Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience in the healthcare or educational sector is a plus
