Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Quality Enhancement Manager. The Quality Enhancement Manager will be responsible for managing the JCIE Question Bank team, overseeing and improving quality assurance processes, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Additionally, the manager will develop and implement quality enhancement initiatives, provide training and support to staff, and prepare detailed reports on quality metrics. This hybrid role is based in Edinburgh, allowing some work from home flexibility.
