Quality Health and Safety Manager

As QHSE Manager, you’ll:

• Own and evolve CloudNC’s Integrated Management System (QMS & EMS).

• Ensure full compliance with AS9100 and ISO 14001.

• Be a hands-on quality leader, promoting continuous improvement, audit readiness, and operational integrity in every corner of the business.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable, high-standard processes that support our growth.

This is a hands-on, operational role requiring deep experience in precision manufacturing or CNC machining. You’ll drive compliance, quality assurance, and environmental standards while partnering with production, engineering, and leadership to deliver customer expectations and business outcomes.

Essential Experience:

• Quality Manager or Senior Quality Engineer in CNC or precision manufacturing.

• Leading ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 audits.

• Deep knowledge of RCA, CAPA, SPC, FMEA, 8D.

• Hands-on inspection, metrology tools, and quality documentation.

• Proven success in cross-functional collaboration with production and engineering.

• HSE compliance, safety investigations, and risk assessments.

Desirable Extras:

• ISO9001 Lead Auditor certification.

• Six Sigma Green/Black Belt.

• NEBOSH or HSE certification.

• Experience with CMMs, PC-DMIS, and smart manufacturing systems.

• Background in Tier 1 aerospace or high-mix, low-volume production.

You’ll lead on:

• Managing the Integrated Management System (QMS, EMS, HSE).

• Conducting and preparing for internal/external audits and customer quality reviews.

• Investigating non-conformances and leading CAPA processes.

• Creating and reviewing FAIR, PPAPs, and other technical documentation.

• Defining and tracking quality KPIs, using data to improve performance.

• Conducting risk assessments, HSE audits, and driving compliance.

• Championing continuous improvement via lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methods.

• Acting as the customer-facing lead on all quality-related matters.
