Job Description:

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Quality Inspector to join our team. This role will involve the inspection of First Article and the Final inspection of thermoplastic and composite manufactured components . The successful candidate will play a vital part in the inspection of components utilising various inspection equipment and preparation and maintenance of quality documentation, including first article inspection reports.

Duties

Inspect components and prepare F.A.I.R's reports
Non-conformance reports
Problem solving of quality issues
Support calibration processes both internal and external
Booking items into dispatch and stock
Support and liaise with production and production processes
Liaise with customers and suppliers when required

Skills

CMM experience would be an advantage
Knowledge of PPAP's would be an advantage
Excellent communication skills and must be able to communicate at all levels
Have a calm professional manner

Have a positive "can do" attitude with a good attention to detail

Be able to work extended and/or unsocial hours to meet the full requirements of the role

Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills
