Quality Manager

| Mon – Fri | 8:30am to 4:30pm | Competitive Salary + Bonus

We’re seeking a proactive Quality Manager to drive cultural change, oversee QA processes, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100, ASTM, and other industry standards.

With the autonomy to make a real impact, managing and continuously improving our QMS you’ll lead BSI, LRQA, ASTM, customer, and supplier quality audits, drive effective Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) and resolution of non-conformances and support the Head of Engineering & Quality in fostering a culture of Zero Defects to deliver right first time (RFT) every time.

Requirements

✅Experience in a quality-related role within industrial parts manufacturing (not assembly)

✅Engineering experience gained in Aerospace/Defence/Automotive environment

✅Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 (AS9100 desirable)

✅Practical experience of quality tools and processes: PPAP, FAIR, APQP, MSA

✅Audit & non-conformance investigation experience

✅Must have the right to work in the UK - sponsorship is not available
