About the role
Kinneir Dufort (KD) is a world-class user-centred innovation and product development consultancy, specializing in the medical and consumer health sectors. As part of the SteriPack Group, we collaborate globally with contract manufacturing facilities in Europe, the USA, and Asia, alongside additional design and product development teams in New Jersey and Colorado.
We’re seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Quality Manager to lead the development, implementation, and evolution of our Quality Management Systems (QMS). This is a pivotal leadership role that ensures our processes not only meet industry standards but also support our wider business strategy through effective quality practices and continuous improvement.
You’ll work closely with the Head of Continuous Improvement, VP Global Regulatory Affairs & Quality Assurance, Senior Management, and cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives, align on best practices, and embed a culture of quality across the organization.
About you
You’re a strategic thinker and a hands-on leader with a passion for quality and continuous improvement. You thrive in complex environments where you can shape systems, influence stakeholders, and embed best practices across an organization.
You bring deep expertise in Quality Management Systems and have a track record of driving change through collaboration and clear communication. Whether you’re conducting audits, training teams, or advising senior leadership, you approach challenges with a solutions-based mindset and a commitment to excellence.

For this role we are considering a salary of up to £50,000 per annum.

We offer flexible hybrid working policies in terms of both location and working hours from day one. We operate core availability hours so people can start at 9:30am if needed, lunch can be taken between 12:00pm to 2:00pm (in case you want to pop to the gym or attend an appointment), and we offer an early finish on Fridays if you have banked your hours for the week. Colleagues at KD work with a great deal of flexibility which varies across our teams, and working patterns are agreed with line managers, taking into account the needs of the individual and the team. We trust our people to work from home, although there may be some occasions when working from the office is necessary.
